Welcome to The Notebook Plus. This document governs your relationship with our online educational portal and our physical store located in Meerut. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

The Notebook Plus provides educational updates, job notifications, and study materials for informational purposes only. While we strive for absolute accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of the information.
Official exam dates, syllabus, and vacancies are subject to change by respective government bodies. Users are strongly advised to cross-verify all details with the official notifications. The Notebook Plus shall not be held legally or financially liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss/damage arising from reliance on the information provided on our platform.
2. Offline Store Policies (Meerut Branch)
For customers availing services at our physical store, the following strict guidelines apply:
- Assisted Form Filling Limitation: Our staff assists in filling out application forms based strictly on the documents and details provided by you. It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to thoroughly preview and verify all details (Name, DOB, Category, Uploads) before final submission and payment. We hold no liability for form rejections, incorrect details, or financial losses post-submission.
- Document Security & Handling: Customers must collect their original documents (Aadhaar, Marksheets) immediately after the service is completed. The store is not responsible for any documents left behind or lost after the customer leaves the premises.
- Printing & Formatting Issues: For WhatsApp or USB print orders, we print files 'as-is'. If formatting changes occur due to Word/Excel software versions, we are not liable. We highly recommend sending files in PDF format to avoid layout changes. Charges apply for misprinted pages due to file errors from the user's end.
- Customer Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior towards our staff.
3. Online Platform & Intellectual Property
- Copyright Protection: All premium study materials, PDFs, courses, and blog content generated by The Notebook Plus are our intellectual property. Unauthorized distribution, resale, or commercial reproduction is strictly prohibited and may invite legal action.
- Third-Party Links: Our website contains outbound links to government portals, payment gateways, and official websites. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the privacy practices, security, or content of these external sites.
- Service Downtime: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website for maintenance or technical upgrades without prior notice. We are not liable for any disruption in your preparation due to such downtimes.
4. Pricing, Payments & Refund Policy
- Digital Goods (No Refund): Due to the immediate and accessible nature of digital goods (PDF Notes, E-Books, Online Courses), all sales are final and non-refundable once the transaction is successful and access is granted.
- WhatsApp Print Orders: Documents sent via WhatsApp for urgent printing constitute a confirmed order. The customer is liable to pay the total print amount even if they fail to collect the documents from the store.
- Price Changes: Service charges for form filling, printing, and online courses are subject to change without prior notice, based on market conditions or official fee hikes.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to our services (online or offline) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.
6. Amendments to Terms
The Notebook Plus reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our store or website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
